Raw Food Cooking Classes (Vegan) At The Plum Cafe and Bakery

The Plum Cafe and Bakery in Sacramento is offering raw food cooking classes. The instructor, Ron Russell, is the owner of the famous raw restaurant SunCafe Organic in Los Angeles. SunCafe has won many culinary awards, including being voted the #3 Raw Food Restaurant in the World in 2010 and one of the top restaurants for lunch in all of Los Angeles by OpenTable.com. Ron teaches a weekly raw food cooking class in L.A., which was featured on ABC News, now he brings it to Sacramento.

These raw food, plant-based classes are offered in a fun demonstration format. Many students have many questions about how to prepare raw food so this style helps guide, inform and inspire students while affording the time to ask questions.

Each raw food class ends with tasting of the days recipes and the answering of additional questions.
